The Flower Pavilion is located in Rossie Island, Montrose, Angus.    It is owned by Linda Cooper, an award-winning SAFAS designer and arranger of flowers.

Linda opened The Flower Pavilion in September 2016, located in a former bowling pavilion that she has lovingly brought back to life. She specialises in lush, vibrant and seasonal flowers for all occasions.
